Bouncing Back In Action!

Hello all....

Ya, ya, i know, this blog have been left untouched for almost a month now...Thanks to Mummy busy schedule. Baby Iyson have been back with us starting early of this month. Previously, he only back with us on weekend. Mummy havent adjusted herself to this changes yet thus all her time go haywire...hahaha

My Taiwan trip, Mummy havent finish update yet. And now, she going to speed up her time to update our recently Chiangmai trip.

During the 2 weeks school holidays, Mummy didnt managed to apply for leave. So I still go to school everyday :-(. When school reopens, I've got to spend my holidays. We went for a 5D4N trip to Chiangmai from 12/6 till 16/6..

Day 6 (24/3/2012) - Taichung

We checked out quite early today, before 8am..thats why im recharging myself again while we're on the way back to Taichung.

We need  around 3.5 to 4 hrs to reach , so we wont missed any chance to stop at their Rest & Relax station whenever we can. Here totally different from ours one...Mummy even commented their R & R was like a shopping mall...LOL

The weather was bad today, raining the whole day thus makes our itinerary go haywire...the driver ask us to choose one tourist spot only for today...between Sun Moon Lake and Chingjing Farm..

After most consideration, 9 vs 1, to the farm we go...Before that , we was being ushered to this restaurant for our late lunch...

We choose their recommended set meal for 10 pax, cost twd3000..... the portion was big and for some of the dish, we cant finished it and end up tapau-ed..

Their waiters here was so friendly, even posing for Mummy...hehe

After lunch , we straight away went to Chingjing Farm, it was raining cats and dogs...but we still proceed buying the entrance ticket for the Sheep Show which cost twd200 per pax and prove our decision was wrong... Gung gung and Por por was smart enough, they waited for us outside... the rain was so heavy, the ground was wet and slippery . Needless to said, the lambs also become 'dirty lambs'..

We only stays about 10 mins in the farm and hurriedly came out. It was smelly with the lambs poo stench... 

i keep on telling Mummy , when i talk , got smoke comes out...hahaha

We were freezing cold here while some of us was wet from head to toes...thanks to the heavy rains.. we quickly get into our van and headed back... We stop by again at another rest area. And here they got the Lavender shop, everything selling in the shop also related with lavender..

After this, we was back to our hotel. We stays at the same hotel , Tomato Rooms, and surprisingly we got back the same room..At night, we have our last shopping trip at Fengjia night market. Tomorrow we will be heading back to Taipei..

Day 4 & 5 ( 22-23/3/2012) - Kaohshiung

After checking out from the hotel at Taichung, we continued our journey to Kaohshiung. Our 1st stop was this railway station, but forgot the name already, coz too many places we went...

main purpose we came here was because of this..LOHAS

we have our lunch here just because of the ...

The meal above just for 1 pax, so Mummy & Por por decided to order their set lunch for 4 pax...

After lunch, we check in at this hotel..

When i saw the ice cream bar, i quickly help myself for a serving. It was FOC and you can have it all day long.. the bar opened for 24 hrs...

Just beside the check in counter, there was a room attached to it. It was for the guest to relax themselves after a hard day roaming at the night market. Just Mummy feels that way lah...there was 2 computers for the guest to use and it readily connected to printer. Mummy did print a few of our itineraries there...hehe

To relax, must have some drinks come together mah..

And here it was ,the coffee making machine, can makes up to 6 types of flavour. For her whole life , Mummy didnt drink coffee, but seeing this, she also cannot tahan...she makes herself a cup of latte while Por por makes Cappucino, Gung gung makes white coffee...

And we can even have our laundry done for FREE. The hotel even provided the washing powder as well. Can see the dryer too? During our 2 nights stay here, we wash our laundry every day...while waiting for it to be ready, we went to the nearby night market. By the time we came back, its already done and we transferred it to the dryer. Then we will fix another drink while waiting for our clothes to be dried up...

Every night, we came out to the nearby night market to hunt for foods..

this QQ sweet potato balls really really really NICE. We have more than 4 servings just for the 1st night.

and this, i think was duck meat wrap. Mummy didnt tried on this..

The marinated chicken feet was good. We have it every night. When i said WE, only the adults ok, im not

included... 

We tried on their giant octopus tentacles and their green bean tau fu fah.. and called it a day..Went back to the hotel to have a good rest ...

The next day, we thought of going to places of interest, but the hot weather makes us back off...Kaohshiung is the hottest part of Taiwan..

We spend not more than 2 hours here, then fast-fast cabut already. Told the driver we want to have lunch near the pier. So he bring us here to have seafood lunch...Mummy forgot to snap the name of the shop...alamak..

After lunch, everybody suggested wanna go to shopping mall with full blast aircond..so we end up at here..

Dream Mall, everyone's dream shopping mall?? hehe

Mummy never got a chance to try macaroon before, so when she saw this bakery got sell, she quickly grab one cost her TWD70..and the macaroon end up in the dustbin...too sweet and got the rosey smell..

Our driver came to fetch us around 5:30pm, so back to the hotel to have our shower and rest for awhile before going out again to the night market for our final shopping. Tomorrow we heading back to Taichung...
